Our extensive experience in developing and building innovative technology means that we can deliver solutions that are not restricted by conventional or existing technology.
By focusing on PC-based machines, we are able to seamlessly integrate machine control with IT systems, frequently using just one platform and one set of software. This makes development fast and highly versatile.
In addition to PC-based solutions, we can deliver solutions using Mitsubishi, Telemecanique, Allen Bradley, Omron and GE Fanuc PLCs.
Robotics
As well as developing innovative automation technology, we integrate off-the-shelf robots for the following applications:-

- Calculation and Display of Characteristic Curves
- Logging of all Test Results to Hard Drive
- Generate and Publish Test Certificates (usually pdf)

We develop complete turnkey Vision Systems, integrating state of the art cameras with lenses, lighting, and fixturing with our custom written software.
