Ralph has over thirty years experience in automation development and management. He has managed numerous projects in Ireland, Germany, the United States, Scotland, France, Spain, Austria, Finland, Mexico, Morocco, India and Uzbekistan. He leads a multi-disciplinary team of automation specialists.

Mike has many years experience of building and maintaining machinery to the highest international standards. He trained with the Royal Air Force as an Electro-Mechanical Technician. He set up one of Ireland’s first mobile phone resellers, and also has extensive experience of marketing.

John has over thirty years experience of Computer Numerical Control Machining. He runs a fully equipped Machine Shop featuring CNC Wire Erosion, CNC Milling, and Turning, Grinding and Sink Sparking Machines.

Conor has over twenty-five years experience of Computer Information Technology. He has extensive applications development experience, specialising in technical programming. He founded and managed Sonnet Internet, an internet service provider, in London, and was IT Manager for SunGard Ireland.

Paddy holds an Engineering Degree from the Technical University Dublin. Through his role as a full-time Project Engineer with Factory Automation Ltd, he has experience in the design and commissioning of Robotic Cells, Electrical & Electronic Controllers, Mechanical Systems and Software Development.

Lorcan is a highly experienced engineer with a track record of over four decades of exacting electromechanical design, assembly, customisation, installation and commissioning work in the broadcasting, sound engineering and computer software areas, in Ireland and Germany.
